Unlike campaign finance (CERS) and lobbying (DLAM) — which are electronic and searchable — the SFI is filed on paper and kept in hard copy by COPP. The example rows below demonstrate how an indexed SFI corpus would appear once scanned and parsed. The same AI-assisted OCR pipeline we built for the Oklahoma Ethics Commission (scanned PDFs, handwriting recognition, structured field extraction) is the blueprint for this module.
